Evans Welding and Fabrication holds their work to the highest standard being R certified by the national board of boiler and pressure vessel inspectors. The rigorous R Stamp certification process includes a written quality system in line with the National Board Inspection Code, which details how a company will control, document, and maintain its boiler service and repair records. Welders at Evans Welding and Fabrication must also complete challenging weld tests that meet ASME Section IX Welding Standards.
Evans Welding and Fabrication also holds a valid certificate of authorization to repair historical power boilers. The "R" stamp allows us to perform welded repairs and alterations under the pressure vessel code.
